Q. What cleaning products do Oven Wizards use?
A. All our franchised business owners use Oven Wizards products which have been developed in conjunction with our consultant chemist. They produce excellent cleaning results and have been manufactured very much with the environment in mind.

Q. How long does it take to clean an oven?
A. This depends to a great extent on the condition of the oven. A single oven usually takes 1 to 1 ½ hours and a double 2 to 2 ½ hours. For a range or an AGA we usually allow 3 to 4 hours. Rest assured we always allow time between appointments to ensure we bring your oven up to as near showroom condition as possible.

Q. Can you clean self-clean ovens?
A. Yes - most self-clean ovens rarely get heated to the temperature required for self-cleaning to produce the optimum result.

Q. Are your franchisees insured?
A. Yes.
