I come from a catering family so I know how important  and also how hard it can be to keep a cooker clean. In my job as a gas engineer I know how dirty cookers can be. No one likes admitting to a dirty oven but the fact is most people probably have one.

Having gained enough courage to talk about it, I was given your details and promptly made contact. An appointment was made quickly and you arrived at the time agreed.

My perception was it would be a messy and smelly job which was far from reality as it turned out. You protected the floor and quietly and efficiently got on with the job. In fact with no smells and noise I had to pop into the kitchen to see if you were still there. When you had finished you tidied up and apart from an oven that looked like new, nobody would have noticed you were there.

We did have a scare same week, when the main oven went down, and we got the repair man in.  But nothing whatsoever to do with your fabulous clean, a relay had gone down in the control module. Genuine parts only and obsolete!  Had to repair the control unit to get cooking again.  I had visions of trying to cook three main meals in a small caravan oven – not good news!   Grateful to Steve Lake a former Junction BNI member, who got us back on line within two hours.    Gleaming oven was put
through its paces the same night and slaved away all weekend!

Ray arrived and before he started Cleaning the Oven he ensured all surrounding areas were protected. He was very polite and worked in a neat and tidy manner. After Cleaning the Oven the area was left as Clean as when he started.

The Oven is 3 years old, after Cleaning it looked like new. This is the first time we've had the Oven Cleaned by an expert and are extremly pleased with the results.

Dear Ray, You kindly came to clean my oven on Good Friday. I was worried as a friend had commented it was a lost cause. Although I wasn't there my husband told me how hard you worked. What a surprise when I got home to find my Oven not only clean but looking like it had never been used. To make sure it stays that way, I make my husband clean it every time it's used. I have to say that when you arrived I didn’t see you carrying a mysterious old case. I also didn’t see you put on some fine robes and a pointy hat. I would like to thank you for the excellent job of bringing our Rangemaster oven back to sparkly condition and making me look totally inadequate on 10^th April.

As a lifelong sceptic and, not to put too finer point on it, exceptionally tight git, it is a job I have always done, not cherished admittedly, but I have got on with it simply to save a few bob.

After Wednesday I have no option but to thank you for drawing attention to the quite poor job I always completed when compared to the grand master of ovens.

The only drawback is that since Wednesday we have been living off takeaways in fear of making it dirty and spoiling the finish.

I must also apologies for Sarah failing to clean the oven before you arrived, it won’t happen next year!

I can highly recommend Ray White he is professional, reliable and a wizard at cleaning your oven.

As I work in London it was difficult to arrange a visit. Mr White accomodated my working schedule and we arranged the Bank Holiday Monday at 08.30.

Ray arrived on time very polite and coutious. He spent a good 2 hours cleaning my Oven and Hob. The end result was my oven/hob looks brand new.

There was no mess as the surfaces and floor were covered and all mess cleared away on completion.

Oven Wizards was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used the service and found it to be reliable, friendly and cost effective . I called the number and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly nature of the vendor Mr Ray White. I called on a Saturday asking Ray if he could possibly schedule me in on the Monday, even though it was a bank holiday! Ray said it would be no problem and we agreed a time. Ray turned up on time and went about preparing the kitchen (mats on the floor for protection) ready to start.

Once finished I could not believe it was the same cooker, it was sparkling and looked like new. Not only had the oven been bought back to life, Ray had also installed new light bulbs which made the transformation even better. The extractor received the same level of efficiency, and was bought back to life again with new bulbs and filters. The whole experience was very professional, from the van with all the associated cleaning kit and stock, to Rays manner and presentation. The whole experience was efficient, reliable, friendly and all at an affordable price. On leaving Ray made sure the kitchen was left as found, in a clean and tidy state.

I used Ray White to clean my Range Cooker after tenants had been in the property.

I was amazed to witness Ray actually undoing all removable parts of the cooker to soak in a solution.  Everything that could be detached from the cooker was, so it received a thorough cleaning both in the visible and non-visible areas.

The end result was absolutely amazing – from a rather revolting looking appliance – it came up as good as new.  Ray even took extra time to realign the door for me which was not shutting well.
