I own a Pub that has a Buffalo Oven. This Oven is used to cook pub food as well as for my own use.

Having left the pub in a managers hands for a few months I was totally discusted at the condition I found it upon my return.

Phil gave me a very reasonable quote and did his magic. He worked very hard over a 4 hour period but my Buffalo Oven was transformed to a near new condition.  There was no way i could have got it this clean.

I actually got a few regular customers into the kitchen area to show them what Phil had done.
